Our company has more than 20 years manufacturing experience since we developed the first FRP electrolyzer. We have sold 2000 electrolyzers to smelting factories,.Our company can design and manufacture electrolysis products which have reasonable structure, stable performance, and make customers satisfied according to different performance requirement, technology parameters and control index.
Anticorrosion and anti-permeability: inner surface is adopted high-quality unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl resin, gel content ≥70%,and fiber material adopted surface carpet and chopped strand mat, to make sure anticorrosion ability and permeability resistance ability.
Good integrality: no stitching points, round rebar and vertical rebar outsourced FRP. The electrolyzers have the characteristics of large carrying capacity, good rigidity, strong impact resistance and no cracks.
Light weight: specific gravity of FRP is 1.8kilogram per cnetimeter; it is only one third of traditional concrete and steel liner FRP electrolyzer.
Smooth inner surface:adopted high light fiberglass mold, inner wall is dense and smooth. No pollution to anode slime, easy to clean.
Good insulation: FRP is good insulation material. No pass current, no leakage, power-efficient.
Service life long: make sure service life more than 15 years, low operating costs, minimal maintenance.
The electrolyzer can be designed and manufactured as following three structures:
Wood: according to design specification, strengthening rebar and bottom rebar both adopted wood to strengthen.
Wood and steel: horizontal rebar and strengthening rebar all adopts square steel; all or part of vertical steel adopts wood to strengthen it; all or part of the span of load-bearing support ≤2000millimeter,bottom rebar adopts wood to strengthen; the span of load-bearing support≥2000millimeter, bottom rebar is adopted steel to strengthen.
Steel: according to design specification, all adopt steel to strengthen.
All strengthening rebar outsource 3-5millimeter anticorrosion material to strengthen.

Rebar wrapped FRP by cavity block to mold, good overall performance, FRP and steel or wood binding very well, no lamination and void, greatly enhanced cells deformation resistance ability.

Owing to the strict requirement of anticorrosion and impermeability resistance, our company chooses proper technology as per different environment.
